• Brand identity and logo design
• Content creation and photography

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and revision requests. We commit to:

• Provide realistic timeline estimates
• Communicate any delays promptly
• Work efficiently to meet agreed deadlines
• Allow reasonable time for client feedback

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However:

• Estudio Furia retains rights to showcase work in portfolios
• Third-party assets may have separate licensing terms
• Source code and development methodologies remain our property
• Clients must respect third-party intellectual property rights

6. Revisions and Changes

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Estudio Furia's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• Estudio Furia delivers completed work
• Both parties return confidential information
